Sharing in a safe place
Feeling, being, enjoying the quiet
I’m not alone, we’re in a similar space
Feeling the physical, uniting it all
Feeling the spiritual, unafraid to fall
Embracing, accepting what’s here and now
Letting it go, it’s time to allow
Faith, hope and belief into your soul
Connection to baby and self is the goal
Deeper than medical stats can show
Healing and positive energy flow
Postures and breathing, awareness is key
Let go of the fear and set yourself free
Have faith that your baby is waiting to come
And has chosen you, to be their Mom
